ADHD / Executive Functioning Evaluation: $1,700
Social, Emotional, and Behavioral Evaluation: $1,700
Comprehensive Psychoeducational Evaluation: $3,000
Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE): $3,500
Educationally Related Counseling Session: $175
All services are private pay. I do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, I can provide a super-bill that families may submit to their insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on individual plan benefits.
When you are paying out of pocket, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your services before they begin. A written estimate will be provided prior to your evaluation or counseling services.
A limited number of reduced-fee slots may be available for families demonstrating financial need. Availability is limited and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

I accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, as well as bank transfer and Zelle.

A 50% deposit is due to reserve your child's evaluation. The remaining balance is due before the feedback meeting and release of the final report.

Payment is due within 24 hours of each counseling session.

Life happens, and I understand that unexpected things come up.
Your first missed counseling or testing appointment will be waived. After that, missed counseling appointments are subject to a $90.00 cancellation fee, and missed testing appointments are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. I ask for at least 24 hours' notice so I can offer the appointment time to another family.
